Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all Blitz Limo services, including airport transfers, point-to-point bookings, and hourly as-directed rides. Booking with Blitz Limo indicates your acceptance of these conditions.

General Terms
- Blitz Limo reserves the right to refuse service.
- Certain vehicles may include mileage or service-zone restrictions.
- Point-to-point limo services in Dallas on peak weekends may be limited at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or other external conditions.
- Excessive itinerary changes for large-group or wedding transportation may incur additional administrative fees.
- A chauffeur may cancel a ride without refund if they reasonably believe conditions are unsafe or threatening.
- We are not liable for lost or forgotten items left in vehicles; all onboard items remain at passenger risk.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your scheduled start time receive a 100% refund of amounts paid.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled start time receive a 50% refund of amounts paid.
- Reducing reserved hours or service scope within 2 hours of start time may be treated as a cancellation under this policy.
- A complimentary 30-minute wait period is included at pickup. After that window, a no-show may be charged at 100% of the reservation amount.
Safety & Conduct
- No smoking of any kind is permitted in Blitz Limo vehicles.
- No underage drinking (under 21) or illegal drug use is allowed.
- Illegal drug use results in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Blitz Limo is not responsible for injuries related to intoxication or physical altercations.
- Chauffeurs must follow legal passenger-capacity limits at all times.
- Holiday and peak-period surcharges may apply to maintain chauffeur availability.
- Video and audio recording may be active in vehicles for safety and quality monitoring.
Hourly & As-Directed Rides
- Chauffeur and vehicle details are typically sent by SMS before service.
- Reserved time is billable in full; ending service early does not reduce the booked rate.
- Full day service is 8 hours (not 10 hours) at the published full-day rate.
- Hourly reservations include up to 20 miles of driving. Mileage beyond 20 miles is billed at $8 per mile.
- Within city limits, if travel exceeds 20 miles per hour of reserved time, additional mileage is billed at $8 per mile.
- Additional stops may incur fees; multiple stops or extended routing may convert service to hourly with a 2-hour minimum.
Airport & Point-to-Point Trips
- Airport pickups include a 45-minute grace period from aircraft landing time.
- Standard point-to-point pickups include the complimentary 30-minute wait period described under Cancellations & Refunds.
- Additional stops incur a minimum $25 fee when applicable; complex itineraries may be quoted as hourly service.
- Red-eye pickups between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM may include an additional fee.
- For private or semi-private flights, pickup time adjustments may not be available within 2 hours of scheduled service.
Car & Child Seats
- Child seats must be installed by the passenger or guardian.
- For safety and liability reasons, chauffeurs are not permitted to install child safety seats.
Payment & Invoicing
- When you pay online at checkout, your card may be stored on file for this booking so we can charge approved trip-related amounts (extra mileage, cleaning, damage, or other documented fees).
- You will receive email notice when an additional charge is processed on your saved card.
- Quote customers may receive a secure payment link by email to complete booking payment online.
- Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur a 10% late fee.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
- $250 - Sickness cleanup
- $25 - Broken or missing glassware
- $250 minimum - Electronics damage (TV, radio, DVD)
- $25 - Lost AUX cable
- $50 - Excessive food mess
- $250 minimum - Upholstery or leather damage
- $150 - Window tint damage
- $100 - Smoking in vehicle
Zero Tolerance & ADA Compliance
Blitz Limo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol intoxication. We conduct ongoing drug and alcohol testing, criminal background checks, and continuing defensive-driving education for chauffeurs. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request.
