✅ General Terms

• Blitz Limo reserves the right to refuse service.

• Some vehicles may have mileage or service zone restrictions.

• Point-to-point limo services in Dallas on weekends are limited at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, vehicle issues, or other external conditions.

• Excessive changes to large group or wedding transportation may incur additional admin fees.

• Our chauffeurs may cancel a ride without refund if they feel unsafe or threatened.

• We are not liable for lost or forgotten items in any of our vehicles.

• All items brought onboard are at the passenger’s own risk.

🚫 Safety & Conduct

• No smoking of any kind in any Blitz Limo vehicle.

• No underage drinking (under 21) or drug use permitted.

• Illegal drugs result in immediate termination of service without refund.

• Blitz Limo is not responsible for injuries caused by intoxication or physical altercations.

• Chauffeurs must follow legal capacity limits — no exceptions.

• Surcharges may apply during holidays to ensure chauffeur availability.

• Video & audio recording is active in all vehicles for safety and quality monitoring.

⏱️ Hourly & As-Directed Rides

• Chauffeur and vehicle info will be sent via SMS before your ride.

• Cancellations within 7 days of service will forfeit the full reservation amount.

• Reducing hours = cancellation (same terms apply).

• Rides are billed for the time reserved — early drop-off does not reduce fees.

• A 10-minute grace period is included after drop-off; extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks.

• A 20% service fee (gratuity included) is automatically applied to each reservation.

✈️ Airport & Point-to-Point Trips

• 10-minute grace period for regular pickups. After that, waiting fees apply.

• 30-minute grace for airport pickups after flight landing.

• Extra stops incur a minimum fee of $25. Multiple stops convert the ride to an hourly booking (3-hour minimum).

• Red-eye pickups (12am–6am) include an additional fee.

• Private/semi-private flights: No pickup time adjustments within 2 hours of scheduled time.

👶 Car & Child Seats

• Car seats must be installed by the passenger.

• Blitz Limo chauffeurs are not permitted to install child safety seats.

💳 Payment & Invoicing

• Invoices unpaid after 30 days incur a 10% late fee.

🧽 Cleaning & Damage Fees

• $250 – Sickness cleanup

• $25 – Broken or missing glassware

• $250 (min) – Electronics damage (TV, radio, DVD)

• $25 – Lost AUX cable

• $50 – Excessive food mess

• $250 (min) – Upholstery or leather damage

• $150 – Window tint damage

• $100 – Smoking in vehicle
